Harborview Retail Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our flagship location in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of store performance, including sales achievement, team development, inventory management, visual merchandising, and delivering an exceptional customer experience consistent with our brand standards.
You will recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of 20-30 associates, conduct regular performance evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. You will also collaborate with regional leadership on promotional planning, local marketing initiatives, and community engagement activities.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years managing a team of 15 or more. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency with POS and retail management systems are required.
