Ironclad Building Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of assigned projects, from pre-construction planning and subcontractor procurement through construction execution, closeout, and owner turnover.
You will manage project schedules using Procore and MS Project, control project budgets and cost reports, lead weekly owner and subcontractor meetings, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and local building codes. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors throughout the project duration.
A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of commercial construction experience including at least 3 years in a project management role. PMP or CCM certification is a plus. Proficiency with Procore and strong knowledge of OSHA regulations are essential.
