Harborview Retail Group is hiring enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associates to join our team at our Bellevue Square location. This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with product selection, maintaining visual standards on the sales floor, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
As a Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador who embodies our values of authenticity, inclusivity, and style. You will participate in daily team huddles, assist with inventory counts, and support visual merchandising updates as directed by store leadership. You will receive regular product training to ensure you can confidently recommend items to customers.
We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for fashion and customer service, a flexible availability including weekends and evenings, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive onboarding and training for all new hires.
