WellPath Health Pharmacy is looking for a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician to join our Houston location. You will assist the pharmacist in the daily operations of the pharmacy, including receiving and processing prescription orders, counting and labeling medications, managing inventory, operating the cash register, and providing excellent customer service to patients picking up their prescriptions.
You will also support insurance claims processing, assist with medication blister packaging for long-term care clients, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace. All activities will be performed under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist in compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Applicants must hold a current Texas Pharmacy Technician registration. PTCB or ExCPT certification is preferred. Prior pharmacy technician experience is a plus but not required. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills who are committed to patient safety and quality service.
