IT Support Specialist – Contract

SecureNet Systems is seeking a Contract IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support services to internal staff and select managed service clients during a 6-month engagement. This role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

You will serve as a first point of contact for IT-related issues, logging and tracking tickets in ServiceNow, escalating complex issues to senior engineers, and ensuring timely resolution in accordance with established SLAs. You will also assist with hardware deployment, software installations, and network connectivity troubleshooting in both on-site and remote environments.

Candidates should have 2+ years of IT support experience, solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, and a customer-service-oriented approach. CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator certification is preferred. The ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent support requests is essential.
