Redwood Unified School District is seeking a passionate and highly qualified High School Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty at Redwood Hills High School in Sacramento, California. The successful candidate will teach Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus AB to students in grades 10-12, fostering a love of mathematics through engaging, standards-aligned instruction.
In addition to classroom instruction, you will be responsible for curriculum planning, student assessment, parent-teacher communication, and participation in school-wide professional learning communities. We encourage innovative approaches to teaching, including the integration of technology and project-based learning to meet the diverse needs of our student population.
Applicants must hold a valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Mathematics. A minimum of 2 years of secondary teaching experience is preferred.
