Coastal Dynamics Corp is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our supply chain operations team in Miami. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods across our domestic and international freight network, working with carriers, customs brokers, warehouse partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments.
Key duties include booking freight, tracking shipments, resolving transit exceptions, preparing and reviewing shipping documentation including BOLs, commercial invoices, and customs declarations, and maintaining accurate records in our transportation management system. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize routing and improve delivery performance.
Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations. Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures is highly preferred. Proficiency in TMS and ERP systems, particularly SAP, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
