CloudVault Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our post-sales team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will manage a portfolio of 60-80 mid-market accounts, responsible for driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying expansion opportunities within your book of business. You will be the primary relationship owner for your clients, ensuring they are getting maximum value from the CloudVault platform.

As a CSM, you will conduct regular business reviews with clients, develop tailored success plans, troubleshoot escalated product issues with internal teams, lead onboarding for new accounts, and proactively identify customers at risk of churning. You will also collaborate closely with the sales team on renewal negotiations and upsell opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of customer success or account management experience at a SaaS company, a track record of maintaining high NPS and low churn rates, and strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with Gainsight or ChurnZero, familiarity with cloud storage or data management products, and Salesforce proficiency are highly desired.
