Stratford Advisory Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to support our firm’s growth initiatives in the Southeast region. This role will work directly with partners and senior consultants to identify new client opportunities, develop proposals, coordinate pursuit activities, and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients across our target industries.
Key responsibilities include managing the CRM database, preparing industry and competitor landscape reports, coordinating client events and roundtables, drafting executive-level communications, and tracking the status of all active pursuits. You will also assist in the development of thought leadership content such as white papers and case studies.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or marketing within a professional services environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and a self-starter mentality are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is required.
