Vantage Creative Studio is looking for a Freelance Brand Designer with deep expertise in visual identity systems to take on select brand strategy and design projects throughout the year. Working with our account and strategy teams, you will lead brand identity development engagements from discovery and concept through final delivery, producing comprehensive brand guidelines, logo suites, typography systems, and color palettes for clients in architecture, hospitality, and retail.
You will present concepts to clients, facilitate feedback sessions, iterate on designs based on stakeholder input, and deliver production-ready brand assets. You will also produce brand application mockups and usage guidelines that empower clients to use their new identities consistently after project completion.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of brand design experience, a portfolio showcasing sophisticated identity systems across diverse industries, and expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Figma. Experience leading client workshops or brand discovery sessions is strongly preferred. Strong verbal presentation skills and the ability to articulate design decisions with clarity are essential for this client-facing role.
