NovaTech Solutions is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product design team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. Working in close collaboration with engineering and product teams, you will transform complex requirements into clean, user-centered designs that delight our customers.
In this role, you will conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. You will also maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility across all product surfaces.
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of UX/UI design experience, a strong portfolio demonstrating both interaction design and visual design skills, and familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). Experience working in an agile development environment and knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals are a plus.
