Stratford Advisory Partners is hiring a Management Consultant to join our Strategy and Operations practice in Atlanta, Georgia. In this client-facing role, you will help leading organizations across healthcare, energy, and consumer goods industries identify operational challenges, design transformation strategies, and execute high-impact change initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
You will be expected to lead workstreams independently, structure complex analyses, develop board-ready presentations, and manage client relationships at the director and VP level. Travel to client sites is expected up to 70% of the time. You will also contribute to proposal development and play a role in mentoring junior consultants.
The ideal candidate holds an MBA from a top-tier program or has 3-5 years of post-undergraduate consulting experience at a top-tier strategy firm. Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills are required. Experience in process improvement, organizational design, or digital transformation is a significant advantage.
