Launchpad Technologies is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our product documentation team in Denver, Colorado. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving documentation for our cloud-based SaaS platform, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, help center articles, and onboarding materials. Your work will directly impact how thousands of users experience and understand our product.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and customer success managers to gather technical information and translate it into clear, accurate, and user-friendly content. You will also be involved in conducting content audits, managing the documentation lifecycle in tools like Confluence and ReadMe, and ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and accessibility standards.
Candidates should have 3+ years of technical writing experience, ideally in a software or SaaS environment. Proficiency in Markdown, basic HTML, and documentation tools including Confluence or ReadMe is required. Familiarity with REST APIs and the ability to read and understand code snippets is a significant advantage. A portfolio of technical writing samples is required with application.
