Coastal Dynamics Corp is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support its HR function across its Miami, Florida headquarters. This role will serve as a key HR resource for approximately 200 employees, providing support across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
The HR Generalist will manage full-cycle recruiting for non-executive roles, conduct new hire orientations, process employment changes in the HRIS, and serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. You will also support HR projects such as performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and HR policy updates in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, and working knowledge of federal and Florida employment law. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is a strong asset given our diverse workforce.
